Acceptance
By accessing Insight 360 you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms - for yourself, or on behalf of the organisation you represent.
The service
Insight 360 is a brand intelligence co-pilot that combines large-language-model reasoning with tool cards for social listening, media monitoring, influencer discovery, and publishing workflows. Features may change as the product evolves.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must give us accurate contact information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- Notify us at security@insight-360.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Insight 360 to:
- Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Send spam, harass, defame, or threaten people.
- Generate content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or facilitates self-harm.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service or its outputs at scale.
- Interfere with Insight 360's infrastructure, bypass rate limits, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation.
- Upload data you do not have the right to process.
AI-generated content
Insight 360 uses AI models (currently Anthropic's Claude family) to generate summaries, drafts, and tool cards. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before you rely on it for decisions, publish it externally, or share it with clients.
Do not enter regulated personal data, protected health information, payment card data, or other sensitive material into prompts unless your own compliance regime allows it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts, files, and outputs you create in Insight 360 ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models.
Intellectual property
The Insight 360 product, brand, and interface are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Insight 360 to you, and nothing transfers Your Content to us.
Billing (when applicable)
If Insight 360 introduces paid plans, prices, billing cycles, and refund terms will be disclosed at checkout. Taxes are added where required. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Termination
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, or if we are required to by law. On termination, you can export Your Content for 30 days before it is deleted.
Disclaimers
Insight 360 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied - including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insight 360 and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) ZAR 1,000.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Insight 360 against claims arising from Your Content or your use of the service in breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
